令和２年７月２８日頃、千葉県いすみ市岬町榎沢字下大川端４８９番５ほか１筆の浦田英彦所有の宅地において、廃棄物であるコンクリート破片約２．６２立方メートルを投棄し、もってみだりに廃棄物を捨てたものである。 当該事実に基づき、千葉一宮簡易裁判所から令和４年１月１２日付け令和３年（い）第１２８号略式命令において、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律違反により、取締役である伊大知泰典が罰金５０万円の刑に処された。 このことが、法第２８条第１項第３号及び同条第３項に該当すると認められる。
