被処分者は、令和４年３月に、売主Ａと買主Ｂとの間の宅地のみの売買につき行った媒介業務において、当該売買の代金額に、ＡＢ間で締結された本件宅地上に建物を建築する「建設工事請負契約」の代金額を加えた額に基づいて算出した、国土交通省告示に定める限度額を超えた金額の報酬をＢから受領した。このことは、宅地建物取引業法第４６条第２項に違反する。
