神奈川県内の建築物について、株式会社アイ・エ－・シ－一級建築士事務所（東京都知事登録第32949号）の業務に関し、設計者として、建築基準法（昭和25年法律第201号）第35条及び建築基準法施行令の一部を改正する政令（令和５年政令第34号）の規定による改正前の建築基準法施行令（昭和25年政令第338号）第120条第１項の規定に違反する設計（主要構造部を準耐火構造とした共同住宅の住戸でその階数が２又は３であり、かつ、出入口が一の階のみにあるものの当該出入口のある階以外の階について、その居室の各部分から避難階又は地上に通ずる直通階段の一に至る歩行距離が40ｍを超えているため、本件建築物の7階において、その居室の各部分からの歩行距離が50ｍ以下となる避難階又は地上に通ずる直通階段（傾斜路を含む）を設けなければならないにもかかわらず、これを設けない設計）を行った。
