㈲渡部電機水道工業所は、令和２年11月及び令和３年３月に、今治市長の承認等を受けることなく、宅地配管工事及び新設給水引込み工事を施工した。このことが、今治市給水条例等に違反するとして、同市から令和３年５月11日付けで同市指定給水装置工事事業者の指定停止及び同月18日付けで過料の処分を受けた。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
