令和7年10月17日及び11月26日、小値賀町に対して、九州運輸局が海上運送法に基づく立入検査を実施したところ、以下の違反が確認された。 ・船舶運航計画変更認可を受けずに運航ダイヤを変更していた。（海上運送法第11条の2第2項違反） 令和8年1月16日、九州運輸局は同者に対し、上記違反事項について文書による警告を行った。
