令和６年10月８日、新潟県新潟市西蒲区越前浜4725番地にある鳥之子神社石柵基礎工事において、貴社に雇用されていた外国人技能実習生がスコップを使用して、石柵を構成する親柱の下方にある土砂を掘削し、当該土砂を移動させる作業を行っていたところ、親柱が同人の方に倒れ、下敷きになった同人が死亡する災害が発生した。このことから、貴社及び貴社代表取締役が、労働安全衛生法違反により罰金刑（法人20万円、代表取締役20万円）に処され、令和８年２月10日にその刑が確定している。このことが、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
