令和５年５月２９日、大分県内の作業現場において、有限会社エヌ・エス・オーの労働者が作業中に傷病を負い、4日以上休業したにもかかわらず、その旨の労働者死傷病報告を大分労働基準監督署に令和７年１０月１４日まで提出せず、法令の定める報告をしなかった。この件に関し、同社及び同社の代表取締役は、大分簡易裁判所から労働安全衛生法違反として、それぞれ罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。。
