Original Japanese text	令和６年１２月２４日（火）から２５日（水）まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。なお、講じた措置については、令和７年４月２５日までに報告されたい。記１．実施基準軌道関係（以下「実施基準」という。）第３３条で定める鉄道施設の定期検査について、以下の事実を確認した。（１）実施基準第３３条で定める軌道変位検査について、実施基準第３０条の２で定める整備基準値に達した箇所があるにもかかわらず、必要な措置を講じていないこと。（２）実施基準第３３条で定める遊間検査について、線路検査整備内規第６条で定める最大値を超過していたにもかかわらず、必要な措置を講じていないこと。よって、実施基準第３０条及び線路検査整備内規第３条に基づき必要な措置を速やかに講ずるとともに、鉄道施設の管理体制を構築するなど、鉄道施設の維持管理を適切に実施すること。２．車両整備実施基準第９条に規定する全般検査について、令和４年度に実施したＤＥ１０形機関車の全般検査の自動連結装置の全ての検査項目及び総合検査の検査項目のうち電気回路の絶縁特性の検査を実施していないことを確認した。よって、同実施基準に基づき速やかに検査を実施するとともに、適切に検査結果を管理できるよう必要な措置を講ずること。以上【中部運輸局】
