令和コーポレーション株式会社の代表取締役は、法定の除外事由がないのに、令和６年11月27日から同年12月４日までの間、埼玉県春日部市の建設現場において、産業廃棄物であるがれき類及び廃プラスチック類等合計約6.2トンを投棄した。 その結果、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律違反で、同社に対し罰金100万円、同社の代表取締役に対し罰金50万円の刑が確定した（越谷簡易裁判所 令和７年６月４日略式命令）。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
