第 ８５６ 号 令和４年１１月１１日金曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告資本金及び準備金の額の減少公告 page="0031"　当社は、資本金の額を百五十億円（但し、令和四年十一月十日開催の取締役会において決議された公募による募集株式の発行により同時に増額する資本金の額がこれを下回る場合は、当該金額）、資本準備金の額を百五十億円（但し、令和四年十一月十日開催の取締役会において決議された公募による募集株式の発行により同時に増額する資本準備金の額がこれを下回る場合は、当該金額）、それぞれ減少することといたしました。　但し、株式の発行と同時に、これにより増額する限度で行うものであるため、効力発生日後の資本金の額及び資本準備金の額は、いずれも当該効力発生日前の資本金の額及び資本準備金の額を下回ることはありません。　そのため、株主総会の決議を経ずに決定しております。　この決定に対し異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　なお、最終貸借対照表の開示状況は次のとおりです。　https://www.skymark.co.jp　令和四年十一月十一日東京都大田区羽田空港三丁目五番一〇号スカイマーク株式会社　代表取締役　洞　　　駿　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
