第 １４９４ 号 令和７年６月２６日木曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告資本金の額の減少公告 page="0031"　当社は資本金の額を一兆七千五百億円減少し、一兆七千五百億円とすることにいたしました。減少する一兆七千五百億円のうち、八千七百五十億円は資本準備金に、八千七百五十億円はその他資本剰余金に振り替えることにいたします。　効力発生日は令和七年七月三十一日であり、株主総会の決議は令和七年六月二十五日に終了しております。　この決定に対し異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　なお、最終貸借対照表の開示状況は次のとおりです。　金融商品取引法による有価証券報告書提出済。　令和七年六月二十六日東京都千代田区大手町二丁目三番一号日本郵政株式会社　取締役兼代表執行役社長　根岸　一行　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
