Labour-law violation(1)令和5年4月20日、南加賀土木総合事務所発注の「4災32号 一級河川鍋谷川 河川災害復旧工事」において、二次下請業者の作業員が大型土のう袋の上を歩行中、 土のう袋の取っ手部分に足を引っかけて転倒し、負傷した。 小松労働基準監督署は、令和5年6月8日、労働安全衛生法違反による是正勧告書 を上記有資格者に対して交付した。 (2)令和5年6月6日、南加賀土木総合事務所発注の「4災42号 一級河川滓上川 河 川災害復旧工事」において、下請業者が重機(バックホウ)で敷鉄板を吊り上げ、ア ームを伸ばしたまま旋回したところ、バランスを崩して重機が河川内に転落し、操作 していた作業員が負傷した。 小松労働基準監督署は、令和5年6月9日、労働安全衛生法違反による是正勧告書 を上記有資格者に対して交付した。 上記事実は、石川県建設工事請負業者の指名停止に関する要綱別表第1第7号に該当す ると認められるため、指名停止とする。(土木部入札審査委員会決定)
