Safety violation or accident三陸土建株式会社は、平成３０年３月８日、岩手県盛岡市内の土木工事において、工事の安全管理の措置が不適切であったため、作業員１名が死亡する事故を起こした。 このことが労働安全衛生法違反にあたるとして、同社及び同社の現場代理人が盛岡簡易裁判所から罰金刑を受け、令和２年２月３日に、その刑が確定した。
