Licensing-law violation株式会社秋吉組が、平成２０年５月３１日、平成２１年５月３１日及び平成２２年５月３１日を審査基準日とする経営事項審査において、真正でない財務諸表に基づいて経営状況分析を受け、これをもとに得た総合評定値通知書をもって、公共工事の発注者に対し入札参加資格申請を行ったことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第２号に該当するとして、平成２３年１２月７日に大分県知事より営業停止処分（３０日間）を受けたものである。この結果を受け、文部科学省でも調査したところ、平成２０年５月３１日を審査基準日とする総合評定値通知書をもって、平成２１・２２年度有効である競争参加資格申請が行われており、また、平成２２年５月３１日を審査基準日とする総合評定値通知書をもって、平成２３・２４年度有効である競争参加資格申請が行われていた。
