Safety violation or accident(株)西山工務店は,平成26年11月18日,町発注の小学校耐震補強及び大規模改造工事(茨城町長 岡地内)において,火気使用時における作業前の安全確認を怠ったため,作業員が解体工事における排 水管のガス切断作業中に,火災事故を発生させた。 安全管理措置の不適切により生じた公衆災害事故を起こしたことは,「茨城町建設工事等請負業者指 名停止等措置要領(平成6年茨城町要領第1号)」第2条第1項及び別表第1第5号に該当する。 〈茨城町建設工事等請負業者指名停止等措置要領別表第1第8号〉 措置要件期間 (安全管理措置の不適切により生じた公衆損害事故) 5当該認定をした日から 町工事の施工に当たり,安全管理の措置が不適切であったた め,公衆に死亡者若しくは負傷者を生じさせ,又は損害(軽微1箇月以上6箇月以内 なものを除く。 )を与えたと認められるとき。 問い合わせ先 茨城町総務企画部財政課 茨城県東茨城郡茨城町大字小堤1080番地 電話029(240)7123(ダイヤルイン)
