This constitutes a violation of Article 26, Paragraph 3 of the Act and falls under the scope of Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the same law. The company is located in Sagawa Town, Takaoka District, Kochi Prefecture. The violation was identified based on documents submitted by the company, and the prefecture issued an administrative instruction on May 10, 2022, requiring measures to prevent recurrence, including proper technician assignment, internal training, and prompt reporting of measures taken.
