Dishonest conduct区が発注した上記の平井東小学校渡り廊下設置工事において、施工業者が安全性の欠如した施工物を設置した。令和7年2月に行った区の調査により安全性が確認できなかったため、その撤去にかかる損害が生じた。このことは、江戸川区競争入札参加有資格者指名停止措置要綱別表(第2関係)措置要件「6不正又は不誠実等の行為(1)別表第1及び前各項に掲げる場合のほか、業務に関し不正又は不誠実な行為をし、契約の相手方として不適当であると認められるとき。」に該当するため、下記のとおり登録業者の指名停止を行う。
