令和５年１月１２日から１月１３日まで、貴町に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。 講じた措置については、令和５年３月１３日までに報告されたい。 記 １.第２ペアパラレルリフト及び第６ペアリフトにおける警戒運転及び運転停止を行う際の風速の変更について、鉄道事業法第三十八条において準用する同法第十二条に基づく索道施設の変更が届出されていないことを確認した。 よって、必要な変更手続きを行うとともに、今後同様の事象が発生しないよう適切に管理すること。 ２.第３パラレルリフトにおいて、支柱に設置している旅客が遵守すべき事項の掲示の一部が損傷していることを確認した。 よって、当該事項を適切に掲示するとともに、今後同様の事象が発生しないよう適切に管理すること。 ３.第５キュービクルの夜間照明設備について、絶縁不良が発生している状態で使用していることを確認した。 よって、必要な措置を講ずるとともに、今後同様の事象が発生しないよう適切に管理すること。 【北海道運輸局】
