Fraud or false representation令和５年５月１９日に一般競争入札公告に付された、国立大学法人東京大学発注の「東京大学（本郷）旧東大出版会とりこわしその他工事」にかかる競争参加資格確認申請において、（株）明幸が施工した実績の無い工事を、同社の同種工事の施工実績及び配置予定技術者の工事経験として申請し、競争参加資格確認申請書に虚偽の記載を行っていることが判明した。
