Labour-law violation1 令和2年5月13日、中能登土木総合事務所発注の「二級河川 御祓川 広域河川 改修工事(第4細口橋A1橋台工)」において、下請業者が大型杭打ち機の組み立て作 業を行っていたところ、部品が転がり、組み立て作業を行っていた作業員の左足に接 触し、負傷した。 元請業者 和田内潜建株式会社 下請業者 株式会社豊商 6月2日に、七尾労働基準監督署は、労働安全衛生法に反し、必要な措置を講じてい なかったとして、上記有資格者に対し、是正勧告書を交付した。 2 令和2年5月26日、中能登土木総合事務所発注の「二級河川 御祓川 広域河川 改修工事(第3細口橋A1橋台工)」において、下請業者が大型クレーンの組み立て作 業を行っていたところ、組み立てのために別のクレーンによって吊り上げられていた 先端部分が旋回し、作業員の頭に接触、負傷した。 元請業者 姥浦建設株式会社 下請業者 株式会社豊商 6月2日に、七尾労働基準監督署は、労働安全衛生法に反し、必要な措置を講じてい なかったとして、上記有資格者に対し、是正勧告書を交付した。 上記事実は、石川県建設工事請負業者の指名停止に関する要綱別表第1第7号に該当 すると認められるため、指名停止とする。(土木部入札審査委員会決定)
