Additionally, Director B was responsible for submitting similar notifications for scaffolding at a condominium construction site in Osaka City by September 6, 2021, to the Osaka Central Labor Standards Inspection Office, but it was not submitted without a statutory exemption. As a result of these violations of the Act on the Rational Use of Energy (Law No. 57 of 1972), the construction company was fined 400,000 yen, and Director B was fined 200,000 yen; the penalties were finalized on October 21, 2022.
