According to documents submitted by Yūgen-gaisha Daichi Tekkō, it was found that the company appointed a person other than the designated chief engineer, as stipulated by Article 26, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Business Act and Enforcement Order Article 27, for a comprehensive building project. This person was an office responsible person as defined under Article 7, Item 2 of the same law. This constitutes a violation of Article 26, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Business Act and falls under the scope of Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the same law. The Kōchi Prefecture issued an instruction based on Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the law, requiring the company to take measures to prevent recurrence, including proper personnel placement, internal training, and reporting of measures taken.
