Safety violation or accident(北海道事務所) 別表1-8 (安全管理措置 の不適切により 生じた工事関係 者事故) 平成26 年7 月16 日、株式会社浜田組が 施工する工事現場において、チェーンソー を用いて行う立木の伐倒作業に必要な特 別教育を行っていない労働者を就かせ、ま た伐倒作業の際に必要な一定の合図を定 めていなかったことにより、この労働者が伐 倒した木に激突して死亡する事故が発生 し、この件について平成27 年8 月15 日、 同社に対し労働安全衛生法違反による罰 金刑が確定した。このことが、「工事請負契 約等に係る指名停止等措置要領について」 (平成13 年1 月6 日付環境会第9号大臣官 房会計課長通知)別表1 第8 号の措置要 件に該当するため。

Safety violation or accident(株)浜田組は，平成２６年７月１６日に和寒町内で施工した一般工事において，チェーンソーを用いて行う立木の伐倒作業に必要な特別教育を行っていない労働者を就かせていたこと，また，立木の伐倒作業を行うときに，一定の合図を定めていなかったことにより，その結果，労働者１名が伐倒した木に激突し死亡する事故を発生させた。このことについて，平成２７年８月１５日に名寄簡易裁判所において，労働安全衛生法違反として罰金刑が確定した。
