Safety violation or accident令和7年10月31日、東三河建設事務所発注の「道路施設維持管理業務委託道路維持作業業務委託(一般機動班)」において、受託業者の作業員が、枝払いで切り落とした枝を小さくするため、小型チェーンソーを使用していたところ、チェーンソーが弾み、約2週間加療見込みという軽傷を負った。本件は、愛知県建設局・都市・交通局・建築局建設工事事故調査委員会において受託業者が著しく安全管理義務を怠ったと判断されたことから、受託業者である株式会社冨田組に対して指名停止を行う。また、株式会社冨田組が構成員となっている、青山・冨田・菅原経常建設共同企業体に対しても同様に指名停止を行う。
