Safety violation or accident三河港務所発注の「三河港改修工事(統合補助)岸壁補修工(週休2日)(R6国補正)」において、作業足場を設置し鋼管杭を打設していたが、足場の撤去手順を誤り、1次下請け業者の作業員2名が作業足場に乗った状態で固定金具を外してしまったため、当該作業員2名が、約4m程度の高さから転落したものである。これにより、両名が3か月以上の療養を要する重傷を負った。本件は、愛知県建設局・都市・交通局・建築局建設工事事故調査委員会において元請業者の安全管理措置が不適切であったと判断されたことから、元請業者である株式会社酒伊組に対して指名停止を行う。
