The company and its representative director, Kazuo Mitsuyama, each received a summary order for a fine of 200,000 yen from the Yanai Summary Court for violating Article 20, Item 1 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act and Article 157, Paragraph 1 of the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations. The sentence was finalized on August 2, 2024. This is recognized as corresponding to Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
