Contract default令和7年10月14日、知立建設事務所発注の「道路改良工事(交付金)(安城3号工)(週休2日・遠隔臨場)」において、バックホウをダンプトラックの荷台に積み込むため、アルミブリッジを使用して後進で荷台へ上ろうとしたところ、荷台に乗りかかった時に片方のアルミブリッジが滑り落ち、バックホウが転落してオペレーターが投げ出され、全治3か月の重傷を負った。本件は、愛知県建設局・都市・交通局・建築局建設工事事故調査委員会において元請業者が著しく安全管理義務を怠ったと判断された。また、工事着手前に提出すべき施工計画書を提出しておらず、愛知県土木工事標準仕様書に定める必要な手続きを怠っていたことは契約違反にあたる。したがって、契約の相手方として不適当であると判断し、元請業者である角文株式会社に対して指名停止を行う。
