Labour-law violation令和6年2月28日、県央農林総合事務所発注の「令和5年度 災害関連緊急 治山事業 熊走2号地区 山腹工事」において、作業員が材料運搬中の中間作業 ヤードにて、養生資材の片付け中に法面勾配 1:1.0(法長 5.4m)の高さから誤 って転落し、下部作業ヤードの重機に接触し負傷した。 令和6年3月5日に、金沢労働基準監督署は、労働安全衛生法に反し、必要な 計画を申請せず、安全対策の措置も講じていなかったとして、当該有資格者に対 して是正勧告書を交付した。 上記事実は、「石川県建設工事請負業者の指名停止に関する要綱」別表第1第 7号に該当すると認められるため、指名停止とする。 (農林水産部入札審査委員会決定)
