Consequently, Takamisawa Co., Ltd. and A each received a summary order imposing a fine of 200,000 yen for violations of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, and their penalties were finalized. This violation falls under Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
