Matsumura Ltd. failed to promptly submit a worker injury and illness report to the relevant Labor Standards Inspection Office after a foreign technical intern worker was injured at a construction site in Hiroshima City when a plywood sheet fell and hit his left little toe, resulting in more than four days of absence from work. As a result, the company and its representative director each received a summary order of a 200,000 yen fine from the Kabe Summary Court for violations of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, with the sentence finalized on September 11, 2021. This is recognized as corresponding to Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
