Antimonopoly violation(東北地方環境事務所管内) 指名停止措置要領 別表2第5号 (独占禁止法違反行為) 公正取引委員会は、宮城県、福島県における施設園芸用施設 の建設工事に関連し、独占禁止法第3条の規定に違反する行 為を行っていたとして平成29年2月16日、違反者7者(井関農 機(株)、(株)大仙、渡辺パイプ(株)、三菱マヒンドラ農機(株)、 ヤンマーグリーンシステム(株)、イノチオアグリ(株)、サンキン B&G(株))を公表し、事前に違反報告を申告していたヤンマー グリーンシステム(株)を除く6者に対し同法7条の2第1項に基 づく課徴金納付命令を行った。 なお、井関農機(株)、(株)大仙、ヤンマーグリーンシステム (株)は課徴金納付命令制度適用時業者であることが認められ ている。
