Reason: Other株式会社植木組の元作業監督者は，長野県埴科郡坂城町坂城のしなの鉄道坂城駅構内において，平成２５年９月３日，最終列車が同駅を通過したことを確認し，通信司令室の承認を得て工事用車両を動かす注意義務を怠って誘導し，本線の列車と接触するのを避ける車両接触限界標識を超えて停車させ，最終列車と工事用車両が接触する鉄道物損事故を発生させた。このことにより，元作業監督者が平成２６年９月２５日付けで上田区検から業務上過失往来危険罪で略式起訴され，平成２６年１０月８日までに上田簡易裁判所から罰金３０万円の略式命令を受けた。
