On May 19, 2021, an employee engaged in construction work at a site in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, was injured and took more than four days off work. The officers failed to submit the Worker Injury and Illness Report to the Chiba Labor Standards Inspection Office promptly, delaying submission until June 15, 2022. The Chiba Summary Court issued a summary order on January 26, 2024, imposing a fine of 200,000 yen on the company and its officers for violations of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, which was finalized. This is recognized as applicable under Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
