Safety violation or accident平成26年5月30日に、石川土木総合事務所発注の「県水送水管耐震化事業 送水 管埋設工事(加賀 1 - 3 - 15)」において、クレーンを使用した吊り上げ作業時に、ワ イヤーが玉掛け箇所より滑り抜け国道側に飛び出し、一般車両に落下し、車両が破損し た。 同年6月4日に、金沢労働基準監督署は、労働安全衛生法に反し必要な措置を行って いなかったとして、(株)日豊技研及び下請業者に対し是正勧告書を出した。 現場の安全管理措置の不適切により公衆に損害を与えたことは、石川県建設工事請負 業者の指名停止に関する要綱別表第1第5号に該当すると認められるため、指名停止と する。
