(株)プラスワンサービス was the contractor for pipe repair work within the forest section 25i of Myoko Mountain National Forest in Sekiyama, Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture. On October 23, 2023, a worker from the company sustained a work-related injury when a grinder rebounded during concrete formwork cutting, resulting in a tear of the left biceps brachii and requiring more than four days of leave. The company failed to submit the worker's injury report to the Joetsu Labor Standards Inspection Office promptly, until February 7, 2024. As a result, the corporation and its representative director were fined for violations of the Industrial Safety and Health Act (corporation: 200,000 yen; director: 200,000 yen), with the penalties finalized on November 23, 2024. This constitutes a violation of Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
