号外第 １６０ 号 令和７年７月１１日金曜日 官　報 （号　　外） 公　　告 会社その他の公告旅行業協会ボンド保証制度保証金取戻し公告page="0046"　一般社団法人日本旅行業協会ボンド保証規程第三十一条第一項の規定により次のように公告します。一、当協会のボンド保証会員であった旅行業者　㈠　旅行業の登録番号　観光庁長官登録旅行業第三六六号　㈡　名称、住所及び代表者の氏名　株式会社オーバーシーズ・トラベル　東京都中央区銀座三丁目七番一六号銀座ＮＳビル五階　代表取締役　鍵山　幸彦二、当協会のボンド保証会員であった期間　平成十一年九月十日から令和七年五月二十六日まで三、当協会に預託した保証金等の額　百万円也四、第一号の旅行業者との旅行業務に関する取引で第二号の期間におけるものによって生じた債権に関し旅行業法第四十八条第一項の権利を有する者は、本公告掲載の翌日から六箇月以内に、当協会の弁済業務規約に定める認証申出書及びボンド保証規程に定めるボンド弁済申請書を当協会に提出してください。なお、弁済限度額は、併せて金七千百万円です。五、前号の期間内に認証申出書及びボンド弁済申請書の提出がなかった場合は当協会はボンド保証規程に基づく弁済を行いません。また、第三号の保証金は第一号の旅行業者に取戻されます。　令和七年七月十一日東京都千代田区霞が関三丁目三番三号一般社団法人日本旅行業協会　会長　髙橋　広行　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
