The company did not require the worker to wear a protective helmet to prevent fall hazards. This violated the Industrial Safety and Health Act, resulting in a summary order of a 200,000 yen fine for the corporation and a 200,000 yen fine for the representative director responsible for the act, with the penalties finalized. This falls under Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
