The company conducted work using a mobile crane to lift concrete blocks without establishing necessary procedures to prevent the risk of crane overturning and without properly assigning and commanding workers involved in the crane operation, thereby failing to take necessary safety measures. The Okinawa Summary Court issued a summary order on May 28, 2024, confirming the penalties for both an officer and an individual.
