Safety violation or accident令和6年11月15日、新城設楽建設事務所発注の「道路改良工事(防災・安全)(D8)(2号工)(余裕期間・週休2日・環境整備)(R5国補正)」において、地山補強土工の掘削が完了し、足場設置に支障となる地山の草刈りをするため、元請業者の作業員が手鎌にて草刈り作業を実施していたが、作業完了後に、何らかの要因で最大6m程度の高さから転落し、2か月以上の加療を要する重傷を負った。本件は、愛知県建設局・都市・交通局・建築局建設工事事故調査委員会において元請業者の安全管理措置が不適切であったと判断されたことから、元請業者であるカネハチ建設株式会社に対して指名停止を行う。
