Labour-law violation令和4年1月11日、手取川水道事務所発注の「石川県水道用水供給事業 梯川水管 橋塗装修繕工事(その1)」において、橋桁上でつり足場の組立作業を行っていたところ、 二次下請業者の作業員が墜落制止用器具(安全帯)のフックを外したまま移動した際に、 バランスを崩して約4メートル下の法面に落下し、負傷した。 小松労働基準監督署は、同年1月19日、労働安全衛生法違反による是正勧告書を上 記有資格者に対して交付した。 上記事実は、石川県建設工事請負業者の指名停止に関する要綱別表第1第7号に該当 すると認められるため、指名停止とする。(土木部入札審査委員会決定)
