Labour-law violation平成31年4月16日、南加賀土木総合事務所発注の「二級河川尾俣川新幹線関連河 川付替受託工事」において、一次下請業者の作業員が、土砂の搬出入のためにバックホ ウで敷き鉄板を堤防天端に敷設していたところ、バランスを崩してバックホウが転倒、 当該作業員が操作レバー等で脇腹を強打し、負傷した。 同月23日に、小松労働基準監督署は、労働安全衛生法に反し、必要な措置を講じて いなかったとして、上記有資格者に対し、是正勧告書を交付した。 上記事実は、石川県建設工事請負業者の指名停止に関する要綱別表第1第7号に該当 すると認められるため、指名停止とする。
