Dishonest conduct(東北地方環境事務所管内) 指名停止等措置要領(工事) 別表2第16号 (不正又は不誠実な行為) 熱海建設(株)は、宮城県発注の「寒風沢農地復旧除塩及び海 岸復旧工事」に関し、宮城県塩竈市浦戸寒風沢字小峯の現場隣 接地において、廃棄物である木くず等を焼却したとして、平成30 年12月19日、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律違反により 熱海建設(株)及び同社の使用人2名が起訴され、同月25日、 仙台簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金の略式命令を受けた。 このことは、当省の「工事請負契約等に係る指名停止等措置要 領について」(平成13年1月6日付環境会第9号大臣官房会計課 長通知)別表2第16号(不正又は不誠実な行為)に該当するた め、当該業者に対して指名停止を行うものである。
