Safety violation or accident(株)つくば開発及びその2次下請負業者である(株)イッシンは、令和7年(2025年)11月20日、つくば市発注の「6国補防橋第1号並木大橋補修工事」において、安全管理が不適切であったため、高所作業車のアームが右側車線を走行してきた一般の大型トラックの荷台と接触し、高所作業車に乗っていた作業員2名が落下し負傷させる事故を生じさせ、それにより主要地方道土浦つくば線荒川沖方面(南方面)が片側2車線とも通行止めとなり、多大な影響を生じさせた。
