ティラドは、下請事業者に対して自社が所有する金型及び治具を貸与したところ、遅くとも令和６年１月１日から令和７年１２月１１日までの間、当該金型等を用いて製造する本件製品の発注を長期間行わないにもかかわらず、下請事業者に対し、合計４，３１１個の金型等を自己のために無償で保管させることにより、下請事業者の利益を不当に害していた。
