厚生労働省は、本日付けで別紙の５物質を新たに「指定薬物」（※１）として指定する省令（※２）を公布し、平成30年３月10日に施行することとしましたので、お知らせします。新たに指定された５物質は、今年２月27日の薬事・食品衛生審議会薬事分科会指定薬物部会において、指定薬物とすることが適当とされた物質であるため、早急に指定（※３）を行うこととなります。施行後は、これらの物質とこれらの物質を含む製品について、医療等の用途以外の目的での製造、輸入、販売、所持、使用等が禁止されます。
