株式会社龍尾興業及び代表取締役は、埼玉県所沢市内の解体工事において、建物の高さが5メートル以上のコンクリート造の建物の解体作業を行わせるにあたり、法令で定めるコンクリート造の工作物の解体等作業主任者技能講習を修了した者のうちから、コンクリート造の工作物の解体等作業主任者を選任しなかった。 これを受けて、令和5年12月4日、労働安全衛生法違反により、両者は罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことは、建設業法第28条第1項第3号に該当する。
