株式会社藤建設及び同社の代表取締役は、本県発注の（二）岩松川水系岩松川総合流域防災工事の現場において、令和４年６月24日、同社従業員がバックホウと接触し死亡した事故に関し、運転中のバックホウに接触することにより労働者に危険が生ずるおそれがあったにもかかわらず、誘導者を配置せず、労働者をその作業範囲内に立ち入らせ、もって機械等による危険を防止するため必要な措置を講じなかったとして、同年12月１日、労働安全衛生法違反の罪により宇和島簡易裁判所から罰金の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
