福島県内の建築物について、八光建設株式会社（福島県知事登録第12（605）0623号）の業務に関し、設計者として、以下の①及び②に掲げる規定に違反する設計を行った。 ① 建築基準法（昭和25年法律第201号。以下「法」という。）第25条の規定に違反する設計（本件建築物は、延べ面積が1,000㎡を超える木造建築物であることから、外壁及び軒裏で延焼の恐れがある部分を防火構造としなければならないにもかかわらず、レストラン棟の外壁で延焼の恐れがある部分について、防火構造ではない設計）を行った。 ② 法第35条に基づく建築基準法施行令の一部を改正する政令（令和７年政令第310号）の規定による改正前の建築基準法施行令（昭和25年政令第338号）第128条の２第２項の規定に違反する設計（本件建築物は、同一敷地内に２以上の建築物がある場合で、その延べ面積の合計が1,000㎡を超えるときに該当するため、延べ面積の合計1,000㎡以内ごとの建築物に区画し、その周囲に幅員が３ｍ以上の通路を設けなければならないにもかかわらず、これを設けない設計）を行った。
