① 同社の元役員は、胆振総合振興局が平成30年4月25日に執行した「経営体豊共第１地区61工区」農業土木工事の制限付一般競争入札に関し、同社を構成員とする経常建設共同企業体に当該工事を落札させようと考え、他の２業者の担当者らと共謀の上、公正な価格を害する目的で、前記２業者が同経常建設共同企業体の入札予定金額を超える金額で入札することにより同経常建設共同企業体に同工事を落札させる旨協定し、談合した。 このことにより、令和3年3月11日、旭川地方裁判所において、談合罪により、懲役1年、執行猶予3年の判決を受け、同年3月26日に刑が確定した。 ② 同社の元社員は、前記工事の制限付一般競争入札に関し、胆振総合振興局職員（当時）と共謀の上、同社内にて、電子メールで工事価格の教示を受け、同入札において同工事を落札させ、公の入札で契約を締結するためのものの公正を害すべき行為を行った。 また、前記職員が不正な行為をしたことに関する謝礼の趣旨で、職員の親族宅の外構工事（108万円相当）を15万円で施工し、差額の賄賂を供与した。 このことにより、令和3年6月1日、札幌地方裁判所において、公契約関係競売等妨害罪、贈賄罪により、懲役1年6月、執行猶予3年の判決を受け、同年6月16日に刑が確定した。
