株式会社志賀建設の元顧問及び元役員は、令和元年１０月から令和５年３月までにかけて、石川町発注の公共工事の入札について、入札情報の提供の見返りに元石川町長へ酒類等を提供したほか、福島県発注の福島空港に係る公共工事の入札について、元従業員とともに福島空港事務所職員から入札情報を入手した。このことにより、令和７年２月１３日付けで公契約関係競売入札妨害及び贈賄の罪による懲役２年（執行猶予４年）の刑が確定した。 また、元従業員は、令和３年８月及び令和４年２月に、福島県発注の福島空港に係る公共工事の入札について、元顧問及び元役員とともに福島空港事務所職員から入札情報を入手した。このことにより、令和７年３月１９日付けで公契約関係競売入札妨害の罪による懲役１年（執行猶予３年）の刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第３項（同条第１項第２号及び第３号）に該当する。
